Currently in its third season, Cheeky Pint is a podcast hosted by Stripe cofounder John Collison, featuring conversations with founders, builders, and leaders.

Approach
Working as an extension of the Stripe team, PROM helped design the structure and production approach from the ground up, creating systems that could support ongoing episodes without needing to be rebuilt each time.

Designing workflows for high-volume production and post
Managing schedules across internal and external stakeholders
Hiring and overseeing production and post contractors

Impact
PROM built a production model that supports the series long-term, allowing new episodes to be developed and delivered constantly.
